DIY at Home Natural Facial Step by Step

DIY at Home Natural Facial Step by Step

Everyone hears about or knows to some extent that facials are good for your skin, but not everyone has the time or the money to go to the local spa to get their facial on! Many customers have asked us how can I give myself a good, quality facial without breaking the bank and we are going to show you step by step instructions on how to give yourself a diy facial. Another question we get is, are facials even necessary? Well, the short answer is, yes – facials are an important part of an overall beauty regimen as it detoxifies your skin, shrinks pores and cleans deep to remove impurities. Adding facials to your routine is like adding going to the gym to your fitness and diet plan, but just like you can skip the gym and workout at home, you can skip the spa and get your facial at home.

What you will need for your DIY At Home Facial:

Steps for giving yourself a good at home facial:

Step 1: Boil Water in your small pot.

Step 2: Make sure skin is clean by cleansing with your all natural face wash.

Step 2: Exfoliate Skin with your all natural face scrub

Step 3:  Remove pot from stove and let it settle a bit, move it to your counter or to a place where you can easily place your face over the pot. (Optional: add a few drops of essential oil, like lavender or rosemary if you have any).

Step 4: Bring your face over the steam from the pot to open your pores, wrap towel around the pot area so that steam does not escape. Keep your face over pot until you feel like your face is sweating.

Step 5: Apply All Natural Face Mask. Cut up two slices of cucumber and lay down while your mask dries, about 5-10 mins. (Make sure you are relaxed you can light candles and play relaxing music to get the full effect of a spa like experience, part of getting a facial is to allow your mind and body to relax to release negative energy).

Step 6: Remove Face Mask with cool water.

Step 7: Spray Face with all natural facial toner.

Step 8: Apply an all natural, hydrating face moisturizer.

And that’s it! Those are the steps to take to give yourself a relaxing, complete at home, diy facial without spending big bucks at a spa. Of course, you can do this with a girlfriend, your mom, your sister – have fun! The purpose is to treat your skin, remove toxins, detox and relax for a holistic experience.

How Often Should You Give Yourself or Get a Facial?

My recommendation would be to do this once or twice a month.

Where do I find the right facial products for my skin?

All of the products listed can be found on our website, all of our products are all natural, organic, vegan and cruelty free! They are made from pure, plant based ingredients like spices, clays and herbs that will improve your overall skin health without the use of any harsh chemicals or toxins.

So what do you think about facials at home? Do you prefer the spa or do you have any tips and tricks you want to add? Tell us about it in the comments!
